BEAUTSY sends all its packages filled with Beautsy goodies via PostNL. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your Track & Trace code, so that you can track your parcel. Have you still not received your package after 5 working days? Please contact us. 

RETURNS

BEAUTSY offers a refund scheme for unopened products that are returned to us within 30 days of receipt, on the condition that they are in their original condition. This means: the product seal is unopened and the products are unused and not broken. If you return your product after 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, we will unfortunately not be able to process a refund. After receiving your Beautsy package, check it carefully for any missing or damaged products. In the event of missing or damaged products, please contact Beautsy within 72 hours. For hygienic reasons, Beautsy cannot offer a refund for goods that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.

COMPLAINT ABOUT A PRODUCT

Not satisfied with your product? Or is it broken? That's unfortunate. But don't worry, we'll take care of it, promise!

  • Is your product damaged or faulty? Please contact Beautsy within 72 hours of receipt at [email protected]. We will review your complaint and try to resolve it to your satisfaction.
  • Return your unopened product(s) within 30 days in the original packaging. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. Please use the Beautsy shipping box for returns. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The full purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days of receipt.
  • Want to exchange your product? Exchange your unopened product for free. Use the Beautsy shipping box for exchanges. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt, we will ship your new product within three working days.
  • Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, we cannot offer refunds for opened products.

You can also contact the mediation department of Webshop Keurmerk, of which we are a member. Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission, if the complaint has not yet been addressed elsewhere.

  1. REQUEST FOR A RETURN CODE

Not satisfied with your product? That's annoying! Request a return code by sending us a message via My account. This way we have direct access to your products and order number. Of course you can also send an email to [email protected]. If you request a return code, please give us your order number and the items you would like to return. If you can't figure it out, you can of course always call us. Returns without a return code can not be processed.

  1. RETURN OF YOUR PRODUCTS

As soon as you've received your return code, send the products you want to return to Beautsy. We will send you an email with all return instructions and your return number. Pack the products in the same or similar packaging. Attention! Pack the products carefully so that they cannot be damaged. The products are your responsibility until the return package is received by Beautsy. Beautsy is not liable for lost return packages.

  1. REFUND

All returned products are carefully examined by Beautsy upon receipt. You will receive your refund via the original or agreed payment method, normally within 5 working days, but no later than 30 working days after the returned products have been received.

If you wish to return all the products in your order, a refund for the products and the shipping costs, if applicable, will be refunded to you.

If you wish to return one or more items from your order, we will only refund the purchase price of the products you are returning. The shipping costs for your order will not be refunded.

The shipping costs for the return shipment are always at your expense, regardless of the number of items you wish to return.
